are accurately priced, it might sometime happen that the price being displayed
and the product being paid for was erroneously priced. If such a case happens,

All of Ramdhanu.in’s products are handcrafted using the
finest natural fibres. The subtle variations in colour, texture and finish are
intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions
of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. We use
both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes. An irregular weave or print is not a
defect – handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
Colours: We have done our best to display as accurately as
possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because
the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your
monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry-cleaned.
Ramdhanu.in ensures that we will ship the product within the
shipping time committed on the product page. If in any rare cases that we may
be delayed due to certain unforeseen circumstances the customer will have the
option to cancel the order and get a full refund before the product has been
shipped.
Ramdhanu.in collaborates with the reputed delivery partners
only but if due to any unavoidable situation the courier is delayed after the
shipment is dispatched by Ramdhanu.in then under such circumstances the
customer will not be able to cancel the order, however Ramdhanu.in will attempt
swifter delivery in such situation.
We offer free delivery charges for all orders/purchases booked and payment done via online payments and Bank payments.
Ramdhanu.in holds the sole authority to modify/change these Terms & Conditions at any point of time without any prior notification. The latest version of these terms will be available on Ramdhanu.in website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you are requested discontinue using our service.
