This is a classic example of chanderi silk saree. The best thing about this saree is that it is light weighted. It weighs around 250 grams. You won’t feel heavy when you drape this saree. Chanderi silk sarees give you the royalty of silk and the comfort of cotton. Also, this kind of combination you won’t get from any of the other silk sarees. So, you can understand the gravity of the work. However, that doesn’t mean you get a design that is complex. The design of these chanderi silk sarees is simple, and soothing and solves your daily wear purpose.

We hope you love our products always, and never need to come to this page. But in the extremely rare case that you do, here is our return policy:

1.    If you think, you have received the packaged product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please raise a Ticket mentioning your Order ID. You will get the Ticket option when you login to your account on our website. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

2.     In case you have received a defective/incorrect product (a highly unlikely event), please raise a Ticket mentioning the issue and your Order ID. You will get the Ticket option when you login to your account on our website. Our team will get back to you at the earliest. We will send you the exact same product within 7 working days, if by any chance the same product is out of stock we will issue a refund of the exact same amount.

3.    Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of product delivery. Please do ensure that you are aware of the returns eligibility before your place the order. Under the following condition the products will not be eligible for refund :

a.    Any product with physical damage (if not reported within 24 hours of delivery).

b.    Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery

c.     Any used product.

4.        To return any product:

a.    To return any product kindly visit your dashboard, you will find a Ticket option while you login to your account on our website. Kindly raise a Ticket mentioning the reason for return and our team will get back to you at the earliest to assist you further.

5.    After the return request is approved, you could choose to exchange the product or seek a refund. The refund can be in the form of redeemable store credits (which you can use later to shop at www.ramdhanu.in ) or a refund on your original credit / debit card or bank account.

6.    In case of discounts applied during ordering, the discount value shall also be adjusted in the refund
